Who Can Participate in this Activity

Swimming skills are essential.
Minimum age for the activity: 12 years in spring and 6 in summer (depending on water flow)
Minimum age without companions: 18 years
The realization of the activities is subject to the professional criteria of its responsible technicians.

ITINERARY

The stretch from Llavorsí to Rialp is known for hosting the most exciting rapids of the Noguera Pallaresa River. The first one on your journey will be "La Lavadora," a Class IV rapid that you will encounter right in front of our activity center.

As you progress, you will enjoy a calm stretch until you reach the impressive rapid "Quatre Llarg," considered the longest and safest on all rivers where commercial rafting is practiced. Here, you will experience the thrill of waves, narrow passages, and whitewater rolls.

With our experienced professional guides, you won't have to worry about anything other than following their instructions before boarding the boat and collaborating in the river descent. They will be in charge of directing the vessel.

Next, you will reach the Gulleri Bridge, approximately halfway through the route, and from there, you will enjoy the most intense rapids like "La Sirga," "La Isla," and "El Cuatro Español." Finally, you will reach the Rialp bridge, where a calm stretch with some waves awaits you. The approximate duration of this exciting experience is 2 hours and 30 minutes, depending on the river's flow.

CANCELLATIONS

Reservations for up to 5 people:

If you cancel more than 72 hours before the activity: 100% of the reservation price will be refunded.
If you cancel within 72 hours before the activity: 50% of the reservation price will be refunded.
If you cancel within 48 hours before the activity: 100% of the reservation price will be charged.
If you don't show up on the day of the activity: no refund will be available.

Reservations for 6 people or more:

Date changes are not allowed.
If you cancel less than 20 days before the activity: 100% of the reservation price will be charged.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the activity: 75% of the reservation price will be charged.

What happens if it snows, rains, or the weather is bad?

We conduct our activities regardless of the weather, such as rain or snow, except in extreme case.
If the provider cancels the activity due to safety conditions, an alternative date or a refund will be offered.

What if I or a companion falls ill on the day of the activity?

If you become ill on the day of the activity, you will need a medical certificate to justify the non-completion of the activity.
With the medical certificate, we can reschedule your activity or provide a refund.
If you are part of a group and fall ill, the refund only applies to you. If your companion is a minor, they will also be included in the refund.
The rest of the group can continue to enjoy the activity as planned.
