You'll travel through the Aiguamòg Valley and be amazed by the Colomèrs Cirque, the largest glacial cirque in the Pyrenees. Witness the majestic Grand Tuc de Colomèrs and traverse from valley to valley through Tuc de Ribereta and the iconic Montarto peak. CANCELLATIONS

Bookings for up to 5 people:

If you cancel more than 72 hours before the activity: a 100% refund of the booking price will be processed.
If you cancel within 72 hours before the activity: a 50% refund of the booking price will be processed.
If you cancel within 48 hours before the activity: the full 100% price of the booking will be charged.
If you do not show up on the day of the activity: no refund will be provided.

Bookings of 6 people or more:

Date changes are not allowed.
If you cancel within less than 20 days before the activity: the full 100% price of the booking will be charged.
If you cancel within less than 30 days before the activity: a 75% charge of the booking price will be applied.

What happens in case of snow, rain, or bad weather?

In adverse weather conditions, the heliport may decide to cancel the scheduled activity. In this case, a rescheduling of the activity or a refund will be offered.

What happens if I or a companion fall ill on the day of the activity?

If you become ill on the day of the activity, a medical certificate will be required to justify the inability to carry out the activity.
With a medical certificate, the date of your activity can be rescheduled or a refund can be arranged.
If you are in a group and become ill, the refund will only apply to you. If your companion is a minor, they will also be included in the refund.
The rest of the group can continue to enjoy the activity as planned.
